The Orleans Citizens Forum (OCF) is presenting a forum on key issues related to the warrants scheduled for the Town Meeting. The forum will provide Orleans citizens an opportunity to learn the background and details of key proposals to be voted on at the Town meeting on Oct. 31. The discussion will include:
- Budget reduction strategy to deal with decreased revenues
- Creation of five enterprise funds
- Fee changes
- Changes to the stabilization fund
- How free cash is used
