Orleans Citizens Forum
Monday, November 22, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Families in America are struggling to balance childcare, Covid, grocery prices, housing cost, and ever changing employment opportunities. Here on Cape Cod we are seeing the everyday struggles first hand. Unobtainable housing, seasonal work and lack of opportunities for children are making day-to-day life a struggle.
Who are these families?
What can Orleans and the Cape do to help keep these families afloat?
What are the services that can make a difference now and in the future?
Join us to discuss these vital issues with our panel:
Josh Stewart, Teacher at Lighthouse Charter School, Parent, Partner in Orleans Elementary School playground build
Hadley Ludley, Chief Executive Officer, Homeless Prevention Council
Cindy Horgan, Executive Director, Cape Cod Children’s Place
Tracy Murphy, Recreation Advisory Committee Chair
